REFUND POLICY
These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Madewith-joi.com.
Thank you for your purchase. all sales are final there are no returns but If you receive a broken item, we are here to make it right.
Terms and Conditions for return and refund:
- No refunds but only in the event that customer receives broken item.
- If a customer receives a broken product or products, they must initiate a return request by email immediately and no later than 3 days of receipt of item. Madewith-joi.com will replace broken item. If the Identical item is unavailable, a similar alternative will be provided to customer.
- Customer must submit a return request via email at madewith.joi24@gmail.com, including name and address, order number, proof of purchase, along with a photo of damaged item. After submitting your return request, check your email for a return shipping label, which customer must print out.
- The broken products must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return shipping label under the following conditions:
- The condition of the product must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.
- It must contain all tags.
- It must be in the same shipping box it came in.
- If item is part of a bundle, please return all items unopened.
- After three days of receiving return request label via email or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Four Madewith-joi.com shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
